Yes. Every sofa is made to order and can be supplied in leather or in any of our fabrics and colours, and built to your own measurements. Tell us the room you are fitting it into and we will work to it. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind — only if they arrive faulty.
Measure your doorways, hallway and stairs before you order and we will send you the full dimensions. Because our team assembles the sofa inside your home rather than carrying it through pre-built, access is rarely a problem — but it is still worth checking with us first.
The simplest option is to decline it there and then and pay nothing. If you notice a problem afterwards, message us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange collection or replacement at our cost for anything faulty or damaged. You also have 14 days to change your mind on standard pieces.
